Returned items must be unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
No restocking fees apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders may be canceled provided the tracking status has not changed to “package shipped.” Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@levi-houston.com.
